Reclaimed Cleveland is a retail and custom furnishings company which re-purposes local materials that would otherwise be bound for disposal.
The goal of the company is to serve Cleveland’s progression into a sustainable 21st century, while preserving its history in heirloom quality furniture. Sources for materials are mainly condemned Cleveland area structures, but also include urban trees cut down in the city to make way for utilities and land use, retail storefront renovation, or any other local materials going to waste that our designers can manipulate for re-use.
Select Environmental specializes in asbestos and lead abatement, asbestos and lead surveys, general environmental remediation and deconstruction. Select Environmental has been subcontracted by several demolition and general contractors; Integrity Environmental, GEIS Companies, Lightning Demolition and C&J Contractors. We’ve also been contracted by the City of Cleveland and the Cuyahoga County Land Reutilization Corp.

The ReUse People of America reduces the solid waste stream and changes the way the built environment is renewed by salvaging building materials and distributing them for reuse.
Since 1993, architects, contractors and building owners have relied on TRP to keep reusable and recyclable building materials out of overburdened landfills. By de-constructing (instead of demolishing) a building, TRP is able to salvage up to 80 percent of the materials and channel them back into the marketplace through donations and sales at its network of retail outlets. These services are among the first steps in the green building process. Furthermore, tax-deductible donations of reusable materials to TRP, a nonprofit 501(c)3 corporation, provide a faster payback and better return-on-investment than any other product or service offered by the green building industry.
In addition to deconstruction and building-materials salvage and sales, TRP offers deconstruction training programs and "best practices" consulting through The ReUse Institute. Together, these products and services combine exemplary environmental practices with sound economic policies, to the benefit of communities and individuals everywhere.
Deconstruction Management has forged partnerships with these organizations in an effort to stimulate the growth of the building deconstruction industry. By working with these well-respected and established entities, Deconstruction Management will be able to effectively facilitate building material reuse on a grand scale for any size facility.
